Wedding/Event Coverage
" Those that Serve"--It may sound corny, but I believe those that sacrifice/serve our country should get a little payback from time to time. So,any Bride or Groom that are Firefighters, Nurses, EMT's,Teachers, Law Enforcement Officers (especially Secret Service), and ANY active/former Military can take 10% off every
package, reprint, etc. The exception being the albums, which I offer at manufacturer cost anyway. 10% off also applies for two years from your event for your reprint needs. Only one 10% off per wedding. Sorry,but that gets a little expensive for me. I do try to throw something extra (time,reprints) in there in case both Bride and Groom fall into any of the above categories. Wait until we have quoted you your package price, then let us know if the discount applies.

Wedding Coverage **All coverages include the following, and while it seems to take care of most folks needs, it can be rearranged as per your desires, I am very flexible** Unlimited locations**Unlimited Photos taken**(average 500-600 for 5-6 hours ) I come prepared to take 1000, but that is not reality** Prints delivered within approx.4-5 weeks after the event are color 4" X 6" size album ready prints,they are yours to keep (not proofs/no markings)**Preview books to house all 4"X6" photos delivered to you** 1 - 5X7 Photo for each person in your bridal party, of the entire wedding party group shot,regardless of size of that group. 30-5X7 assorted photos which can be exchanged for 8X10's at the rate of 2-5X7's equal 1-8X10. ( 30 5X7's can become 15 8X10's if you wish or combination) Can be B&W/Sepia/Color ** 1-11 X 14 Photo on Canvas, mounted on wood frame ready for final outside framing ( can be upgraded to 16 X 20 for a nominal charge )** Online viewing of your event for at least one year ,great for anyone interested in seeing your wedding (password protected) or ordering prints**All the negatives and or High res CD/DVD of all images with copyright conveying to you---- Packages that include all the above start at $1975.00 for the first six hours, $200.00 per hour thereafter. All reprint / enlargement prices remain in effect for at least two years from the time you receive your initial photos, which is generally in the 3 to 5 week range, depending on the time of the year. This gives you plenty of time to break up, make up, have babies, buy houses, etc., without having to worry about drastic price changes. |

We carry the Art Leather line of albums. If you install your photos (lesson given), then the albums are at my cost from the manufacturer. If I install the photos, there will be a markup priced according to the amount of work involved. My advice--self install is the way to go, a four year old on crack can assemble these albums and you will save a whole bunch of money. Also,if you prefer another line of albums,let me know, if it is not a big hassle,I will open an account with that manufacturer to get you what you desire.*****Should you have needs not addressed here or want to negotiate something more catered to your wishes, I'm all ears, don't hesitate to ask. |
